We try to keep things as simple as possible here at Mudgrubs - if you're UK based, we'll send you out your order free of charge. This will normally be by Royal Mail for lighter items, or courier for heavier items.
You will receive an email from us detailing the delivery method we have used once the order is out the door
We also have availability guidelines to make it easier to see what's in stock now, what will be in stock soon, and what may take a couple of days extra to get in for you.
| Next day | If ordered before 12pm, the stock will be sent to you on the same day and should be received by the following day. Most of our products are sent Royal Mail First Class, depending on weight. |
| 2 - 5 days | Our standard availability. This takes into account any stock we may not currently hold in the warehouse, or stock in short supply which may need re-stocking. As a guideline - we're normally able to ship products in this category within 3 days. |
| 7 - 10 days | Stock we have on order from our suppliers. |
