By ordering products from Mudgrubs Limited, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in the following paragraphs.

Definitions

In this agreement:

"We", "Us" or "Our"
means Mudgrubs Limited.
"Carrier"
means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you.
"Our Web Site"
means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports Our Web Site.
"Goods"
means any of the Goods we offer for sale on our web site.
"Content"
means information in any form published on Our Web Site by us or any third party with our consent.

General

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them.

We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. Our message will also confirm details of your purchase. That is when our contract is made.

We verify your credit/debit card during checkout, however, you will not be charged for goods purchased from us until we have despatched your order. If your order is despatched as separate consignments, we will charge for each consignment as it is despatched.

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Web Site on the day you order Goods

All descriptions, weights and sizes of Goods are those of the original manufacturers and you may not rely on their accuracy. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this Agreement.

No part of this site may be reproduced in any form whether electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Mudgrubs Limited (or in the case of content/trademarks on this site not owned by Mudgrubs Limited, the person who owns such content/trademarks), other than in the course of using the site or to keep a record of a transaction entered into on the site.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on the Mudgrubs website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.

Delivery

Goods are despatched based on availability. We always publish availability guidelines for individual Goods.

We always aim to meet or exceed our availability guidelines for Goods purchased, however, if we are not able to deliver your Goods within 14 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you immediately by e-mail to arrange a date for delivery.

We only deliver within mainland UK.

Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order.

We may deliver the goods in separate consignments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order prior to despatch by emailing us at orders@mudgrubs.com. If the goods have already been despatched to you, you should follow our ‘Returns procedure’ below.

If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

Returns procedure:

You can return goods to us within 21 days, provided they are unused, still in original packaging and in a completely salable condition. Returned items should be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt.

If items are being returned because they are faulty, we will either refund or replace the items (as you prefer) and reimburse the postage cost incurred by you for returning the items. In all other cases, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Whilst we try to be as clear and accurate as possible with our images, differences in monitor resolution and colour representation mean product images on this site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

We may make changes to Our Web Site, the Content, or to any of the Goods, at any time and without advance notice.

You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

In any claim against us our liability is limited to the value of the goods you have purchased in the contract which is the subject of the dispute.

  • any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the Goods and Services for a particular purpose;

Liability

We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract of this Agreement as a result of any delay or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
